Mandi Welbaum is the definition of busy… and maybe a bit crazy also. As a blogger, editor of Momaroo.com, Community Manager for TheFresh20.com and Virtual Assistant, she is constantly active professionally, but that doesn’t include her role as a wife, mother of three, including a child with developmental delays. When she’s not working like a mad woman, changing diapers, or doing all her other “mom” duties, you’d find her indulging in video games with her husband or vegging out with some reality TV. Mandi loves to align herself with awesome women who are prepped to take on the business world and has done so by working with women such as Melissa Lanz, TheFresh20.com creator. As a former teen mom and young business professional, Mandi can tell you that the most important thing in life to remember is to not let others get to you. “No matter how hard it is, just because someone doesn’t like the way you do something, or wants to nit-pick at your decisions, YOU know best.”

About The Adults
My husband and I have been married 6.5 years now. We met in high school during the summer before his senior year and my junior year. We still wonder what life would be like had we not started seeing each other. It’s crazy to think of how much we have been through together. He is my rock and my biggest fan and supporter.

As a couple we love to travel and be with our family. We have little “traditions” that we hope to carry on for years to come.
As individuals, Hubs loves video games and anything technology, as do I (I admit it, there’s just never any time to play said video games!).

About The Kids
Brenden (B) – 7 years old – LOVES Star Wars, Legos, Phineas & Ferb, and Halo. He also loves to color. B has been in therapy for since he was 1 for global development delays, but those are definitely not holding him back anymore! He has overcome so much, and has successfully graduated from physical therapy! He continues with occupational and speech therapy. He loves to use our iPad for both fun and therapy related apps.

Gavin (G) – 19 months – A ball of energy who doesn’t seem to stop making us laugh. Loves to eat, dance, and flip through board books. He’s a huge fan of Hot Wheels (really anything with wheels). Loves “isney” (Disney) Junior shows. G is an explorer and an entertainer.

Haley (or Little Miss) – 6 months – She is our princess. Our long-awaited little girl that we thought we would never have. After the years between B and G, we NEVER thought we would get pregnant so quickly. She is definitely our big surprise! Right now she enjoys being spoiled and cuddled, and we’re happy to do so. I am really looking forward to girl toys and girl clothes for a change!
